Description: Jonathan Minott builds and restores wooden boats in the Highlands of Piscataquis County, close to lakes nad streams, and not too far from the ocean. Most new constuction is traditional lapstrake, copper fastened. At the show is a new sailing tender and a 12 year old pulling boat used frequently, maybe even tomorrow
June 16 2022 Update: With heavy hearts, Phin and I have concluded that we are overwhelmed by the continuing impediments that confront a successful effort and are resigned to join the numerous other efforts that have thrown their hands up. For this reason, the 2022 Maine Boatbuilders Show is officially cancelled.
